Our voluntary change-of-mind return window is 30 days from purchase for unopened, unused material in original condition. Contact support before returning anything. An opened product is not ordinarily eligible for a change-of-mind return; this does not exclude remedies for an incorrect, damaged, defective, or nonconforming product.

Non-waivable rights are preserved. The 30-day window, unopened-item condition, inspection process, and ordinary order-change window do not limit refunds or other remedies required by law, including for unshipped canceled orders, qualifying shipment delays, non-delivery, or deceptive practices.

Photos and packaging can help evaluate a damage or fulfillment problem; a photo request is not a waiver of applicable rights. Do not use disputed material. Obtain return instructions and a confirmed destination before shipping it back.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the buyer pays trackable return shipping. For an incorrect, damaged, defective, or nonconforming order, we will provide the applicable remedy and return-shipping instructions. Required refunds are not replaced with compulsory store credit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported, within the applicable legal period. Any approved alternative requires your agreement. Processing time at your bank or payment provider is separate from our refund obligation. A refund required for an unshipped canceled order is not conditioned on inspecting returned goods.
